At Romartivity, we take great care in packaging and delivering your handcrafted resin jewellery with love and precision. This Shipping Policy outlines the delivery process, timelines, costs, and other important information regarding your orders.

All orders are shipped exclusively through India Post Speed Post, a government-operated, reliable, and trackable delivery service across India.

• Processing Time: 2–4 business days from the date of order confirmation.

• Business Days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We carefully inspect and securely package each product before dispatch. Custom/personalized orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order placement.

Delivery Time

• Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch.

• ​Delivery times may vary depending on your location, pin code, and regional postal conditions.

• ​Remote or non-metro areas may experience longer delivery timelines.

• Flat Shipping Rate: ₹75 on all orders below ₹500.

• Free Shipping: On orders of ₹500 or above (after discounts and before taxes)

• Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout and included in your final order summary.

• Once dispatched, a Speed Post tracking number will be shared with you via email and/or SMS.
